Refund policy
www.emlanoor.com complies with the Consumer Protection Act and the Consumer Agency's online shopping guidelines. You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return the products you have ordered within 14 days of receipt, after which we unfortunately no longer accept returns.
If the product is defective and you want to return it, you must notify our customer service without delay by emailing asiakaspalvelut@emlanoor.com and stating the reason for the return. You will receive more detailed instructions for the return in response. The returned product must be unused and packed in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return costs of the defect-free product, and the costs incurred by us may be deducted from the refund amount. When your return has been received, we will send you an email confirmation of the return. We will also inform you of any possible refund. We process returns within 2 days.
If the transaction is canceled, the product must be returned without delay within 14 days at the latest. Returning the product is free of charge. If you return the product in a packaging other than the original one, the returner must pay the costs themselves, and these costs will not be refunded.
When you return the product, please include the original packing list/receipt, your name, contact information and account number so that we can refund the price you paid. Once we have received the returned product, we will refund the money you paid for the product without delay.
Leaving the package uncollected from the post office or sending it by return mail without separate notification is not sufficient to cancel the transaction. We will charge the costs incurred for the return of undelivered shipments.
Right of cancellation
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been sent to our contractual partner. We will refund the amount you paid to the same payment method you chose when placing the order. When canceling an order, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs incurred by us from the refund amount.
Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
The consumer customer has the right to submit any disputes arising from this agreement to the Consumer Dispute Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Dispute Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service of the local magistrates' offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). The consumer also has the opportunity to use the online dispute resolution forum maintained by the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/ord).
Problems with delivery
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error to the parties mentioned in the exchange and return terms within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made to the post office immediately.
COMPLAINTS
If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the wrong quantity of products or the product is damaged, the consumer must notify the EMLANOOR online store by email at asiakaspalvelut@emlanoor.com.
EMLANOOR will only handle product complaints in writing, which can be submitted either by email or letter. In the event of a complaint, any potential problem must be reported by email as soon as possible.
Force majeure
www.emlanoor.com is not responsible for the delivery of the order being prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the EMLANOOR online store, such as a pandemic, war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision of the authorities, disruption of public transport or other similar activities that make it difficult or prevent the operation of www.emlanoor.com.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes and disagreements arising from this distance selling agreement shall be governed by Finnish law.
